I have a passion for vintage motorcycles but couldn't really get a head start. So I started by working on a BSA Bantam, which I managed to do very well. It was my first attempt and came out fabulously.I started searching for and older bike and fond this is a scrap yard, rusting away. Had it picked up and brought into the garage. As you can see, it's been soaked in Diesel fuel. I left it soaking for four days so that the rust could break free and I could get the nut bolts loose. Finally after getting the bike all dismantled, and also gathering most of the parts from scrap markets and a few old shop keepers, I've managed to start the restoration. As of today, the engine case, gear box and a lot of small nuts bolts and parts have all gone to the chromers. I shall send you pictures of them once they're back in the garage.
